Welcome to Massage Lover. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. About the App

Massage Lover is a directory and community platform that helps users discover massage shops and therapists, read and write reviews, bookmark favourites, and suggest new listings. The app is intended for informational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the app. By using Massage Lover, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may submit reviews, photos, shop suggestions, and therapist profiles ("Content"). By submitting Content, you:

Grant Massage Lover a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and moderate your Content within the app.
Confirm that your Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Agree not to post Content that is false, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or violates any third party's rights.

All submitted shops and therapist profiles are reviewed by our team before going live. We reserve the right to reject or remove any Content at our sole discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Post fake, misleading, or spam reviews.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the app without written permission.
Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the app or its systems.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to disrupt the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, logos, and code in Massage Lover are owned by or licensed to the app's operators. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Massage Lover is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that listings, prices, availability, or reviews are accurate, complete, or current. We are not responsible for the quality or safety of any massage service listed in the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Massage Lover and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Third-Party Services

The app may contain links to or information about third-party websites, shops, or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content or practices of any third parties.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Upon deletion, your personal account data will be removed. Content you submitted (shops, therapist profiles, reviews) may be retained in anonymised form to preserve the integrity of the directory.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
