Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create an account?
Tap the profile icon in the top right, then tap "Create Account". You need an email and password.
How do I write a review?
Open a shop or therapist page and tap "Write Review". You must be signed in. You can post anonymously if you prefer.
How do I suggest a new shop or therapist?
On the home screen, tap "Suggest a Shop" (floating button) or open a shop and tap "Suggest a Therapist". Photos are optional. Submissions are reviewed before publishing.
How do I reset my password?
Go to Profile → Account Settings → Change Password. You'll need to enter your current password.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. This is permanent. Your submitted shops and therapists will remain but will no longer be linked to your account.
The app shows a loading screen and doesn't proceed.
Please check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, force-quit the app and reopen it.
I can't log in after reinstalling the app.
Use the same email and password you registered with. If you've forgotten your password, use Change Password from Account Settings while still logged in, or contact us.
